On November 16, ‘Baekya’ campaign headquarters Lee Geon-muk (Dept. of Biological Science) and Kim Keon (Dept. of Marine Corps Military Studies) were elected as president and vice president for the 39th Cheonan Campus Student Council. They pledged to expand school bus operations, diversify online and offline communication, and improve common room facilities. They also promised to make an announcement video about class registration and the subject preview system.

Meanwhile, on November 17, campaign headquarters ‘Damda’, the sole candidate, won the Jukjeon Campus election. Park Seong-heon (Business Administration major) and Park Beom-seong (Dept. of Chemical Engineering) were designated as president and vice president for the 55th Student Council. Their key promises are to hold the cultural event every semester, disclose detailed grades, and improve Braille sidewalk blocks and wheelchair movement routes for students with disabilities.

The Dankook Herald is rooting for both student councils to make a better campus for Dankookians (Students of DKU).
